Check Your Eligibility
You may be eligible if you're under 65, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent disability that affects your daily life.
Make an Access Request
Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 or submit an Access Request Form online with supporting evidence from your healthcare providers.
Plan Your Supports
